Welcome to our FFV app (collectively, the “Site”). By Accessing This Site and Using the Products and Services, You Agree to These Terms and Conditions. Please Read Them Carefully.
YOUR AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) made between CyberQP and any person accessing CyberQP's website (“You”) with respect to your use of CyberQP's website and applications (the “Site”). You agree to abide by and be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) contained in this Agreement as a condition of your continuing to access, view or use the Site.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter into this Agreement and you should discontinue any use of the Site.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use any CyberQP Site, Product, or Service, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this Site, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You are also agreeing to receive e-mails, texts, or mobile push notices from CyberQP and our other event vendor sponsors after the event. You agree that CyberQP is not responsible for removing your information from a vendor’s database. If you are a vendor or sponsor of the Fantastic Forum Virtual you agree that at any time after the event, should any contact who you received information about at the Fantastic Forum Virtual event request that they be removed from your database, you will immediately comply with this request and remove that contact’s information from your database.
PROHIBITED USES
You are solely responsible for any and all of your acts and omissions that occur when using the Site, Products and Services, and you agree not to engage in any unacceptable use of the Site, Products and Services, which includes but is not limited to, use of the Site, Products and Services to: (a) solicit (b) disparage (c) transmit unsolicited messages, chain letters or unsolicited commercial email (d) transmit material that, to a reasonable person may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious; (e) transmit files, graphics, software, or other material that actually or potentially infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any person; (f) transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code or program;
